BUSINESS ENGLISH

DESCRIPTION

Communicating in English today is a need for global companies due to the growing prevalence of this language in the professional environment. The Space of wisdom offers business English courses to meet this need.

TARGETED PUBLIC :

Our business English courses mainly target professionals who work in human resources, finance, accounting, marketing and sales, IT, and those who work in a multinational company and have relations with English-speaking actors, or thosewho work in the following sectors (banking, finance, real estate, hotels).

Our Business English courses are designed for people who need to speak English fluently in a professional context in order to successfully complete their career.

EDUCATIONAL GOALS :

• Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve the level of operational English targeted to communicate in writing and orally in a professional context.
• Obtain a validation of your skills by an external certification (The 3 levels of the BEC: BEC Preliminary, BEC Vantage and Higher BEC, as well as TOEIC, Bulats, ……)
• Enrich professional vocabulary: master the common expressions related to traditional work situations: meetings, emails, presentations, phone calls …
• Upgrading / refinement of the use of important grammatical structures: handle the grammatical tool with greater ease

CONTENT AND THEMES OF THE PROGRAM:

This module will review and apply the fundamentals of Business English:

• Host or participate in a meeting in English.
• Analyze a discussion in an office.
• Master the grammar and function (The language of Business English).
• Master the vocabulary of business (financial, banking, administrative …).
• Learn how to write a mail and fax: inquiry, letter types, emails, standard mail, meeting minutes.

• Apprendre à négocier en anglais ; soutenir une conversation avec des clients/fournisseurs en anglais.
• Effectuer une présentation commerciale en anglais
• Apprendre à entretenir au téléphone en anglais
• Rédiger des correspondances commerciales en anglais (lettres, fax, etc.)

METHOD:

Our business English courses follow a “communicative” approach to language. They aim to enable students to really communicate in the English speaking professional world.

COURSE FORMAT

• Modular training by level (a module of 40h / level spread over ten weeks at a rate of 4 hours per week).
  • A wide range of time slots is proposed
• Group courses in companies: Group courses (8 to 10 people) are adapted to the needs of the company.
  • Only the most common levels from A2 to B2 are offered on a permanent basis.
  • Opening of a course starts from a minimum number of registrations (8 learners / group).

• Educational Materials: Your textbook and other classroom materials are not included in the registration fees.
• Certification: At the end of the course, a certificate is provided for each student. It lists the type of English course the student has taken, the level, the course dates, and the number of hours of study. You will also receive a newsletter describing your progress, a very useful document for your future employers
• To reserve your place on a course, a non refundable deposit of 20 DT is required.

LEVELS

• Level 1 (A0): Beginner.
• Level 2 (A1): Elementary.
• Level 3 (A2): Pre-intermediate.
• Level 4 (B1): Intermediate.
• Level 5 (B2): Upper Intermediate.
• Level 6 (C1): Advanced.
• Level 7 (C2): Competent.

RUNNING

• A first module of 20 hours, an average of 4 hours per week, followed by a second higher module of 20 hours .
• After 40 hours, the learner must be able to communicate correctly both orally and in writing.
